When Refund Works?
If you do not get your order by promised delivery time you can expect for a full refund. We, Cupid-Box promise to deliver your order by 45 days after shipment. You can ask for a full refund if you do not get your product within 45 days.
Wrong / Damaged Product
Sometimes it happens that we really do not want. If you get a wrong product or damaged product you can ask for a full/partial refund according to problem. If you really need the product you can tell us. We will resend it to you.
Item Not As Described
If you receive your order that does not match with product description you should expect for a full refund. Read product description carefully first. if your received item is completely different from description give us a photo/image as proof and request for refund.
When Refund Doesn’t Work?
- You do not want to use our product.
- You think something that is not described in product description tab.
- You do not have device to use our item.
- If your device is faulty.
- You simply change your mind.
- If your item is lost after reaching your country.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address and phone number)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cupid-Box.
- You bought an item by mistake and shipped (contact us immediately before shipment).
- If your order is older than 60 days.
How to claim refund?
- You can ask for refund after 45 days of your order.
- If no action is taken by 60 days from order date, your order will be marked as completed.
- Your purchase protection has been extended for 15 days more. So you can ask refund till 60 days of your order.
- Check image instruction on how to ask refund.
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Click on order number that you want to get refund.
- Click Refund my order.
- Specify your problem on the refund request.
It takes 3-7 working days to complete your refund process. After completing all process we will instantly deposit it to your account.
